Short courses for the moments that make a workday hard. Each one takes a few minutes, starts from an ordinary moment at work, and leaves you one thing to try the next time it happens.
Free. No ads, no account.
What's in the app
Six courses, about 6 to 8 minutes each:
- Focus: When your attention drifts
- Pressure: When everything needs you
- Reset: After a mistake
- Steady: After a hard conversation
- Change: When plans shift
- Enough: Noticing small good things
Each course follows one ordinary moment in a working day: a call that pulls your attention away, everything landing at once, a mistake you’ve just spotted. You see what tends to happen in your head and body, then try one small, practical step. Some parts you read; others you tap open or swipe through.
The courses are inside the app, so they work without a connection. Take them in any order. Nothing is locked or scored.
These are everyday skills, not therapy. They don't treat anything.

The six courses in the app are a starting point. The Mindful Design is now building in-depth courses: real training in mindfulness for working life, going deeper into each skill, with more time to practice.
